Very much a team player, Katherine refers to a variety of other practitioners. She is especially interested in the emotional aspects of disease, which are often the root cause of the problem, and sustainability -- environmental, political and economic. She is delighted to give talks and presentations on natural health care to groups of any size.

Living abroad on several occasions as well as working locally, have fueled and fine-tuned her career objectives and passions. By engaging in community development for the past ten years, the concepts of development through sport, work, and travel have individually aided in primary support systems for children, youth and family, which Freya has either led or supported. Working with minority populations and being an avid volunteer, her keeness for staff development and community engagement are prioritized in her work at the Learning Centre.”
